About the Project
Joblinx is a referral-based recruitment platform connecting professionals, recruiters, and companies through incentivized job matching. As their user base expanded, they needed a seamless experience across three user types: referrers, applicants, and recruiters. Muse Creatives led the redesign of the entire platform, delivering a refined interface, a scalable design system, and improved UX flows that aligned engagement with performance.
Problems
User engagement suffered due to a lack of real-time referral tracking, unclear gamification elements, and inconsistent navigation across dashboards. The platform’s static UI failed to reflect user roles or deliver tailored interactions, resulting in low participation and satisfaction.
Challenges
Creating a referral experience that was both motivating and easy to navigate for multiple user groups, without overwhelming the interface.
Our Solutions
We implemented real-time engagement features, personalized dashboard components, and a redesigned leaderboard experience. A modular design system was introduced to support future product updates and maintain visual consistency across devices.

The style guide used a bold green palette for trust and growth, with clean typography and dynamic interactions to improve usability.
Visual Output
The final design introduced responsive dashboards, real-time referral tracking, and interactive UI elements that enhanced overall engagement across the platform.
