About the Project .
Alaya Developments is a UAE-based real estate brand recognized for luxury communities and high-end residential projects. Their legacy website didn’t reflect the premium nature of their properties, nor did it offer an intuitive experience for users. Muse Creatives was brought in to rethink the platform, crafting a responsive, elegant, and performance-driven website aligned with Alaya’s market positioning.

The previous platform had outdated visuals, poor mobile responsiveness, and a cluttered layout. Key project pages were hard to discover, and performance issues drove up bounce rates and weakened engagement.

Style Guide
We used a muted, high-contrast palette with clean typography and white space to match luxury real estate aesthetics. The interface emphasizes clarity and sophistication.
Visual Output
The final product is a clean, responsive website featuring dynamic banners, immersive property galleries, and optimized mobile exploration menus.
