About the Project
Telewave is a U.S.-based telecom provider seeking a complete website revamp to boost usability, improve merchandise sales, and offer a smoother experience for returning users. The redesign was executed entirely in Webflow, enabling greater internal control and long-term scalability.
Problems
The previous site lacked visual cohesion, had poor navigation, and underperformed in converting visitors, especially in the merchandise section. Logged-in users struggled with account access, and the Webflow backend wasn’t optimized for easy updates or speed.
Challenge
We needed to cater to both new visitors and returning customers while keeping the performance lean and Webflow-friendly. The mobile-first approach had to account for smooth transitions, fast loading, and a backend structure simple enough for non-technical teams.
Solution
We redesigned the platform around clarity, conversion, and long-term usability. All features were restructured to support two distinct journeys, exploring plans and managing existing services, without overcomplicating the backend.
UI/UX for Website
Key sections like the homepage and service pages were streamlined with clear messaging and calls to action. Navigation was simplified to reduce bounce rates and increase user focus.
UI/UX for Merchandise Sales
The e-commerce flow was overhauled with cleaner product displays, filter systems, and refreshed PDPs. Add-ons, reviews, and upsells were placed contextually to support buyer confidence.
UI/UX for Logged-In Users
The user dashboard was rebuilt to highlight relevant services and upgrade paths without clutter. Navigation tabs and contextual upsell placements made account management more intuitive.
